Maybe. Each campus library has some of the textbooks used in classes taught on that campus. These textbooks are available in limited quantities and for short-term check-out (e.g. 2-hour in-library use, or overnight loan - ask library staff about the loan period for your particular item). They are shelved in the "Reserve" section behind the Library Information Desk.  To see if your textbook is available, go to the Library Web Page, click "Search Course Reserve Lists" and search by Course Number (i.e. WRT101). You MUST bring your PCC Student ID to check out Reserve textbooks.
