Where can I find literary criticism on my assignment?

Literary criticism and other scholarly sources on literary topics are found in some specific databases.  You may find some in the more general databases such as MegaSearch, but more in the specific ones.

To locate the specific databases on the Library page, first go to Articles & Databases, then Browse by subject, and scroll down to "Literature." There you will find many resources to search for literary criticism:

Literary Criticism & Author Biography
Biography Reference Bank Biographies. Current & historical. Worldwide.
Literary Reference Center Plus Recommended database Literary criticism and author biographies
Literature Criticism Literature Criticism Online
Literature Resource Center Recommended database Mostly scholarly articles and book chapters
Salem Literature Recommended database Access to the Critical Insights series and other literature reference works.
Poetry & Criticism
Poetry & Short Story Reference Center Full text poems, commentaries & biographies.

You can also find literary criticism in books in the library, both print and electronic.  Literary criticism is often collected in books on an author, group of authors, a work of literature, or a period of time.
