Q. How do I get the Respondus Testing software on my computer/LockdownBrowsers?

Answer

Students with PCC laptops should NOT use the Respondus link to download. The link would be for students who need to download to personal computers only.   See Addendum 9/01/2020 below.
 
For PCC Mac Laptops:
  1. If already installed, launch through through Mac menu
  2. If not installed check "Self Service" on Macs and launch
  3. If it does not install or if you are working with a PCC Dell laptop, contact (520) 206-4900

IT has a solution for the problem with Respondus on the CARES act laptops:
