Q. IT Help for Students Including Special Software (Remote Installation)


Tech Support: Students

If you need help with your PCC device please call the IT Service Desk at (520) 206-4900. Service Desk hours are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7am-7:30pm 
  • Friday: 7am - 5pm.
  • Saturday: 8am - 2pm 
1. Windows 10: all the laptops (which are not Macs) should come with Windows 10. Almost all College computers (which are not Apple, or legacy for some specific software) should now be on Windows 10.
2. If students need special software that is part of their courses (e.g. fashion design, CIS, accounting, etc.) call 206-4900 to discuss it with IT. (If approved, and on a College-provided machine, IT can remote into their machine and install the software. 

If you need general technical support the MyPima Helpdesk provides assistance with MyPima logins, access to D2L and more. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
