Q. How can I pay for a book I lost?

If you want to pay for a lost item, currently the only option is to pay with a check.
When COVID-19 is over, other payment methods will be available. Please note that during this time, an outstanding bill will not affect your ability to register for classes, get transcripts, or use library services. So, you don't need to pay library bills right now. However, if you want to pay now, you can follow these directions:

Enclose one of the following in an envelope:

  • A personal check, cashier's check, traveler's check, or a money order. Enclose no cash.
  • Include your name,  and your "A number," and indicate that the payment is for Library item replacement costs.
Mail it to:

Pima Community College
Attn: Accounts Receivable Services
1225 North Stone Ave.
Tucson, AZ 85709-3047

The payment will be processed in about one week.

You can contact PCC's Accounts Receivable at bursaronline@pima.edu for more information, or to give them a heads up about a payment to keep an eye out for.

If you have questions about library issues, contact us by LibChat or Ask a Librarian (email).
