The database asks me to log in. What's happening?
Answer
When you are off-campus, databases will prompt you to log in.
Log in with your MyPima username and password.
If this doesn't work, contact us at Ask a Librarian. There might be a problem with your library account. If so, we can fix it.
Rarely, due to a technical issue, a database will ask for something other than MyPima credentials. If this happens, contact us at Ask a Librarian.
