How to clear the cache of your browser

Clearing your browser's cache (Chrome; Firefox; Internet Explorer; Safari; iPhone; Samsung)
Chrome
- Press Ctrl+H (for the History menu)
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Make sure the following are check-marked:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- From the Time range drop-down menu, select the desired range.
- Choose All time to delete everything
- Click the Clear data button.
Firefox
- Hold down together: Ctrl+Shift+Del (Warning: Don't press Ctrl+Alt+Del)
- A box pops up
- Check-mark:
- Cookies
- Cache
- Uncheck everything else.
- (At the top) Time range to clear: select Everything
- Click OK.
Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11 (Win)

Click the Gear icon (top)

Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history....

Make sure to uncheck-mark: Preserve Favorites website data

Check-mark:

Temporary internet files

Cookies
-

Click Delete
Safari 8.0 - 10.0 (Mac)

Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen.

In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab.

Click the button Remove All Website Data....

In the pop up window, click Remove Now.
iPhone

Open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap Safari.

Scroll down in the Safari menu and tap:

Clear History
-
Website Data.
-

Confirm that you want to delete the history.
Samsung
-
From the home screen, tap Apps.

Tap Internet.
-
Tap MORE.

Scroll to and tap Settings.

Tap Privacy.
-
Tap Delete personal data.

Tap to tick the required options.

Tap DELETE.
