How Do I Return or Renew My Technology Device (laptop, hotspot, iPad)?

Answer

To Renew (scroll down for information on returning tech):

If you are already registered for the next semester or session, you MAY be able to renew your item(s) online by following these steps below.

Please note, if you have just registered within the past 24 hours or if you have renewed or tried to renew once already, you may experience difficulties renewing online, please contact us (https://www.pima.edu/academics-programs/academic-support/library/contact-us.html) and we can usually take care of the issue quickly and easily.

Also, note that there is a grace period after the due date before any actions are taken, we can help with late renewals and late returns, no problem!

Start at the Library's home page: https://pima.edu/academics-programs/academic-support/library/

Scroll down to select the "View Your Circulation Record and Renew Items" link which is the first choice under the heading Library Information.

Technology devices can be renewed online one time. After you have the device for 2 terms, we ask that you bring it in for updates and inventory control.

If you have difficulties renewing your item(s) online, contact us via chat at https://libanswers.pima.edu

To Return:

If you are not taking classes next semester or session or no longer need the device you’ve borrowed, you may return it to any campus library during our open hours which can be found at https://www.pima.edu/academics-programs/academic-support/library/locations-hours.html
