How do I reserve a study room?

Information that applies to all study rooms
- All rooms can be used by individuals or by groups. When it is busy, groups may get preference.

Desert Vista campus
The Learning Center has 16 study rooms. The Learning Center is just west of the library, on the 2nd floor of the Desert Vista Plaza Building.
- 10 small rooms (up to 3 people).
- 6 large rooms (up to 6 people).
To reserve a room
- Ask at the Learning Center's front desk.
- Currently, there is no time limit for rooms, (but guidelines are subject to change).
Downtown campus
Study rooms are available in the Library and in the Learning Commons.
The Library has a large Quiet Study Room.
- It has 3 semi-private desks and 7 comfortable seats for informal study.
To reserve this room
- No reservations are needed; simply walk in.
- This room is only for current students.
The Learning Commons has 5 study rooms
- Up to about 6 students per room
- 4 rooms have a whiteboard and a computer.
- Another modular room is glassed-in and doesn't have a ceiling or a computer.
To reserve a room
- These rooms are for current students only.
- Walk in, or call (520 206 7311) to reserve a room.
- 2 hour blocks, renewable if no one is waiting.
- In some cases, an Honor student or a registered ADR student may get preference.
East campus
The Library has 3 study rooms
- Room L-132 is a small room that is technology-enhanced.
- Room L-133 is for quiet study only. Priority is given to Campus programs and programming.
- Room L-134 is for quiet study only. Priority is given to Campus programs and programming.
To reserve a room
- No reservations needed. First-come, first-served.
Northwest campus
Study rooms are located in the Library and in the Campus Resource Center (CRC)
The Library has 4 study rooms
- 3 rooms will hold up to 6 people. 2 of these rooms also have SmartBoards.
- 1 room will hold up to 4 people.
- Every room has a whiteboard.
To reserve a room in the Library. . .
- Call (520) 206-2250, or come to the Circulation Desk.
- Rooms may be reserved in advance, up to the end of the current week.
- Priority goes to current PCC students.
- 2-hour time slots, renewable if no one is waiting.
The Campus Resource Center (CRC) has 7 rooms.
- Each has a whiteboard and a monitor.
- 4 rooms are fully enclosed (max. 8 people)
- 3 rooms are modular, without a ceiling (max. 8 people)
To reserve a room in the Campus Resource Center
- Walk in, or call (520) 206-2127. You can reserve rooms well in advance.
- 2-hour time block, renewable if no one is waiting.
- Honors students may get preference for the honors room.
West campus
The Library has 10 student study rooms.
- 9 of the rooms can accommodate groups of 4-5 people.
- 1 room is a conference-style room that can accommodate 10 people.
- 3 of the rooms have smart TVs. The other 7 have white boards.
To reserve a room
- Walk in, or call (520 206-6821).
- Schedule rooms up to 1 week in advance.
- They can all be used for quiet study or group study
- 2-hour time limit
