What counseling resources are available to students?

Answer

Short-term counseling services are available through the College’s Counseling Department. Counselors are assigned to support students based upon your program of study. To connect with your assigned counselor, sign in with this link. You may also view this video showing you how to make an appointment in PimaConnect.

PCC also provides 24/7 free counseling support through the Student Wellness Assistance Program provider for up to 6 free sessions, per year, per student, with virtual or face to face options. Student Wellness Assistance can be reached at 1-833-251-9941. More information is also available on the portal in your MyPima account. To access the program:

  • Go to the MyPima Students Tab > Student Resources > Student Wellness Assistance.
  • If you are logged into your MyPima account and go to Student Resources, you will see Student Wellness Assistance about halfway down the page. There are hundreds of resources here for self-help and support.
  • You may also view this video demonstrating how to access the Student Wellness Assistance Program.

Additional community resources can be found on the PCC Counseling webpage.
