Why is there a hold or bill on my account?

A hold and bill have been placed on your account because you have at least one of the following items checked out and because you are not currently taking classes at the College.  Only current PCC students, currently taking classes, are eligible to borrow technology devices.

    CARES Dell laptop ($990.00)

    CARES Macbook Air or Pro ($990.00)

    CARES iPad ($766.20)

    CARES Hotspot ($22.99)

IT Laptop (checked out in the summer, before the arrival of the CARES devices) ($990.00)

 

What happens now?

Until you return the item(s) or pay the billed amount, you will be blocked from being able to complete certain functions at the College such as registering for classes, getting official transcripts, and graduating. If you have a CARES hotspot, the wifi service will be cancelled. 

 

What can I do about this?

Return your item(s) to West Campus during one of the Library’s curbside service hours listed below. Upon return, all holds and bills will be removed and all functions will be unblocked. There are no late fees or fines, your record is wiped clean. When you are again taking classes, you are eligible to check out technology devices again. If you have lost or broken the item(s) and can not return them, please contact Diane VanderPol, College Library Director (dvanderpol@pima.edu) to discuss payment options.

Return Tech Devices at the C building Anklam- facing entrance on the roundabout 

 

Mondays 9am - 1pm

Tuesdays 5pm - 7pm

Wednesday 9am - 1pm

Thursdays 1pm - 5pm
